If you get a chance to watch it, do.
It is about the american healthcare system. It is an absolutely shocking film and I had tears in my eyes more than once.
Just watch it.
Makes me realise how lucky we are here in the UK.

Why is it that people always knock the NHS in the meida, yes they sometimes get it wrong (Tunbridge Wells for instance), but that is no reason to dismantle the whole organision, just think, it could be like the USA, thank your god it's not. I will certinatly watch this film when I get a chance.
LONG LIVE THE NHS

Being an American, and having watched the movie I was greatly disappointed and was hoping for more out of Michael Moore. But perhaps that is not possible.

Although he does touch upon some critical issues in the healthcare system he leaves the greater issues untouched, such as the control of the the medical system by pharmaceutical lobby, the attempts to shut down alternative medicine through codex, the hundreds of thousands of deaths due to medical error and legal prescription use.

He would have us develop a socialized medical system which may or may not be good. Neither are good if the truth about and abuse of drugs is not dealt with and if alternative choices are not presented to the people. I feel that he is just another pharmageddon tool. The pharmaceutical empire does not really care how healthcare is delivered to the people as long as it does not cut into their profits. You have to understand that the pharmaceutical industry controls everything including our FDA and our civil servants through powerful lobby.

We are being poisoned to death, butchered to death, forced into chronic disease, because no one cares about the truth. No one will allow alternative medicine to thrive as a viable choice for all.
