As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work with children, teens and adults who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change.
I use a Solution Focused approach based on modern clinically proven, neuroscience based techniques. I help you to understand how our brains work and why they get us stuck sometimes, and I teach you how to get your brain working better for you so you can achieve the outcomes you want. I guide you to find your own solutions to getting your life on track feeling positive, confident, motivated and focused. And the best bit? I do all of this without any need to revisit the past or unpick old problems!
I work with anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, confidence issues, emotional and binge eating, phobias, addictions, OCD, overwhelm and many other issues.
I offer a FREE one hour initial consultation, which can be face to face at my office in Bromsgrove town centre, or I also offer online consultations, if preferred.
