Reiki Master Teacher- treatments and training

A Reiki Master Teacher and Life Coach, I have been practicing Reiki since 2002. Reiki is a safe and gentle yet powerful Japanese method of relaxation and stress reduction that balances and heals all aspects of you: body, mind and spirit. I run regular Reiki shares and training courses with the intention of making this beneficial practice more accessible.

My practice is based from The Light Well Being Centre in Bedlington where I offer Reiki treatments and courses. 

Specialising in personal and spiritual growth, my work centres around helping you to recognise and achieve your potential. I am experienced and qualified in guiding people to achieve contentment in their lives, through healing, coaching and guidance; I provide a safe space to connect you to the truth of who you are, shine a light on any blockages and then facilitate healing to set you free.
