Tara Centre Lancaster

The Tara Centre is a healing sanctuary in the heart of Lancaster. The Centre is as a not–for-profit space for healing, arts, community gatherings and workshops.  It is run entirely by volunteers who are all practitioners here at the Centre.

Our mission is to offer a quiet space in the city which is safe, nurturing and inclusive. We have a range of individual therapies and group workshops available to support you which we invite you to explore through our website and Facebook page. We work with community groups and voluntary sector projects as well as statutory agencies.
