Welcome to Living Yoga with Stella!
Stella teaches Dru Yoga, a flowing, therapeutic, slower-paced style of yoga.
It’s perfect if you prefer, need or would like to experience a more accessible and restorative form of movement.
Classes are great for yoga beginners and are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and ability. Dru yoga is easily adapted to your needs.
You’ll release tension in your body which enables you to let go of thoughts and emotions which aren’t helping you. You'll strengthen your core and your back, helping you to connect to your inner strength.
We also use visualizations and affirmations to strengthen your willpower and help you to be the person you want to be.
With weekly yoga classes in Southampton, Eastleigh and Bishopstoke and monthly Friday evening Relaxation class in Eastleigh and monthly Saturday morning workshops in Bishopstoke exploring yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation more deeply, come along to slow down, relax and to feel at ease in your body and mind.
