Counselling can help you to achieve a greater sense of well being and clarity. Nobody knows you better than you know yourself but sometimes the stresses of everyday life and relationships can consume us, make us feel anxious and its hard to get a sense of who we are and what we want in life. I can offer the time and space that you need to explore what is troubling you and examine what it is that you really want out of your life or the situation you are in.

I am a qualified counsellor registered with the BACP, practising in the Bromley area. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to explore feelings and thoughts around issues which are personal to you. I work with clients both long and short term either face to face, telephone or via internet.
