My name is Paula and I am a professionally trained complementary therapist, specialising in well-being treatments to make you feel better. Hands on Holistic offers holistic treatments to allow you to  escape your busy life for an hour or so and unwind, de-stress and leave feeling completely rejuvenated. A quiet, warm (heated blanket on the couch) and relaxing environment is provided to enable you to receive the optimum relaxation.
