I am 5 mins walk from Kendal town centre, and offer Reiki, Crystal and EFT Healing Sessions.

Session last up to an hour and a half. Reiki and Crystal Healing are £35, and EFT is £45. Appointments are available daytime during the week. Evening appointments can also be arranged.

I also run Mini Holistic Workshops for Reiki (certified and non-certified attunements), Meditation techniques, Using Crystals for Personal Healing and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). The mini workshops are packed full of practical application and cover the same content as full day workshops (you will be given theory reading to do in your own time). Mini Workshops are held daytime or evening during the week .

I am a qualified Reiki & Meditation Teacher, Meridian Energy Practitioner (specialising in EFT), Crystal Healer and Personal Life Coach.

I also work with Astrology charts, and Soul Plans, to help my clients get a deeper insight into their lives and experiences, these reports can often shine the light on certain repeated patterns and can lead to several ‘aha’ moments!
