Holistic Therapist and Hypnotherapist

I have formal training and qualifications in hypnosis, healing, meditation, counselling and yoga. Having helped many people through very difficult situations, and very quickly seen improvement, meaning these people have moved their lives forward using the techniques we worked on together and their lives have been less stressful and more balanced, as we work through the situations they experienced.

All of the techniques I use are compatible with each, and working intuitively, I adapt our sessions to be the most effective for the client who is with me at that time.
