I am Katy and I have a real passion for women’s health. Having gone through my own fertility issues and various health conditions I have managed to educate myself and change both my lifestyle and diet to change things around.

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience with endometriosis, PCOS, Thyroid issues, anxiety and gut related issues. My ethos is all about education and empowerment. I will be able to give you the tools to help you on your own journey.
