just meditated with reiki
just had some time on my bed meditating put my hands on my eyes and also earlier on on my head, tum etc) could see lovely colours purple with green outside, then all sort of colours came and went the nice one was yellow orange it would come at me and go away and come again like the waves, at the end lot of colours came at me and i oculd see a black slihoutte of head and part of body i think in the middle, also separate it I saw eye opening and closing, the words came to me at the early part was :
The light
Be pure
it helped when i said these words, any ideas what they mean?
of course at the end said thank you reiki and namaste.

It sounds like your guides are coming closer to you. Keep up the meditating and self healing. Guides frequently talk to us in riddles and it takes practice to begin interpreting them. Namste

yes trinabeanbag, I have been doing reiki everyday since february 2006! only wish i had this when younger would helped me a lot through my bad times.I just like to share my experiences and ask for answers sometimes even if i dont get it.i think spiritwalker is right the black shape is my guide as i got this feeling too.the light , be pure i think refers to two people in my community who are gossipers,backstabbers,breaking confidently etc and guide telling me to be good and not get involved i think!hence be pure! the light maybe think good thoughts about them not bad.
