cold hands

Feeling coldness in general often ties in with a big shift of energy so it is possible that it could be related to being attuned but the coldness in your case is localised so it may not be this. Which is your dominant hand? Have you experienced cold hands prior to being attuned? Do your hands change in appearance at all? Are you still getting it? Sometimes when I'm treating a client my hands suddenly go cold (doesn't happen too often) and i normally relate it to physical trauma of some kind but i know coolness in the hands means different things to different people. What were you doing exactly when your hands were cold?

Have you ever had circulation problems prior to this. Reiki is a wonderful gift, but it is a complementary therapy and you mustn't rule out that it could be a medical problem worth getting checked over by your gp.

I'm not 100% sure about this myself but my friend swears by it... coldness or a feeling of less energy in one hand over the other can indicate an imbalance of the reiki energy. What was recommended was to tune in to the reiki and imagine it flowing down the offending arm to the cold hand, until both hands feel the same with the energy flowing.

Failing that, I'd have a visit to the GP, as suggested. Can't harm.

Thanks for all the answers......The coldness isn't as pronounced now, just occasional, when not doing anything in particular with my hands. I think it is related to the attunement as it was close to the end of the 21 days after. The reason I noticed it so much was because (touch wood) I very rarely have any physical problems with my body and I would see GP if became a problem. Yes, so it's just intermittent now and not the icy cold it was to start with.
