Hello!
I am thinking of purchasing a Lafuma chair. I am a bit baffled by the different types available. Is there a certain one that is better for reflexology? Is there a good place to buy them from?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Hi Breeze
Must admit didn't know there were that many Lafumas out there. This is pretty much the one we used for mobile reflexology/foot massage when I was at Feelgood, is still selling and seemed to work well

Might be worth checking ebay for a used one. Also heard there are some cheaper non Lafumas available now that recline but not sure how sturdy/light they are.
Sure some of the reflexologists will be along soon with more up to date info.
Thank you jinx. I am off to search through eBay!
Did you used to cover your lafuma when you used it? If so, what with? A large towel? A blanket?
I hired reflexologists for corporate work in offices/at events. These were usually short taster sessions. We used plain throws under/over clients (if it was cold/outdoors). Depending on how the therapist worked we used couch roll under the feet over either folded towels or towel covered cushion.
Presentation was important for our clients and we could have multiple therapists working together so everything was plain and matching but depends where you're working. I would have though blankets/towels would work equally well.
The best ones are with the Batyline fabric, as this doesn't stain or discoulour (the padded ones discolored really badly). There are some at sale prices at http://www.jubileecollege.com/index.php/shopping-mall-lafuma-recliner-chairs
