I am a curious trainee reflexologist. A while ago on this forum I read a message about some one doing a 'link' whilst working on a clients foot. I have looked in all of my books and asked around but can't find what a link is. Can any one tell me what a link is?

RE: What is a link?

hi debbie,

linking is a method, best well know by jan williamson and prue miskin.

this site gives a brief description but basically you are working much more with the subtle energies and linking 2 or 3 points to balance them or have a beneficial effect.

susanne enzer, in her maternity reflexology techniques, uses balancing links on the endocrine system.

once you complete your basic training there are many CPD (continuing professional development) courses that you can either go on, or do lots more research and reading to enhance your practise.

we never have to stop learning and evolving what we do :o).
