RE: reflexology client

I've just spoken to Jan Williamson and she said that the book is available from her publisher, Quay Books on 01722 716998. Have not got through yet, as they seem to be at lunch, but will try later.

RE: reflexology client

Hi Lesley

Have you done her course? She has just rang me back and said that she is offering a new course in September (2 days) and then a follow up in November (another 2 days). The cost for all 4 days is going to be £195.00. This is a mid-week course. She will arrange weekend courses for 8 people. There is B & B accommodation for £27.00 per night.

I am seriously thinking about it........anyone else interested?

Rosie.........she has a new website www.precisionreflexology.com.

RE: reflexology client

I'm interested Yasmin! thing is, I will be doing my IHM studying and case studies in September, and I'm also waiting to hear about a Suzanne Enzer course, so I would probably be thinking more along the lines of December or January. So many courses, so little time! I'll email Jan to see if she's planning later courses. It would be lovely to meet HP people there, wouldn't it?

RE: reflexology client

Hi Siobhan

I think it is a great idea...........would be nicer than just a 'meet'. Apparently it is two days in september and then you have to do some case studies etc and then back in November to finish off the course, which I think is a great idea and you would be able to get all your questions answered and feel really confident about it.

As I said she will arrange a special course for 8 people anyway...........so if there was enough of us we would be ok

love

RE: reflexology client

Would love to do it, but what with the travelling, it would probably be more like six days, so I would have to cost in lost work, plus the minimum charge room rental I pay to one of my clinics.

I've also just enrolled for an advanced reflexology course in Understanding and Treating Female Problems on 12th September at Evadell, so would want to do it at another time.

RE: reflexology client

Just ordered the book from Jan's publisher, but they tell me that the price is £22.99 (plus £1.99p&p), so I think I may email her and let her know that I think her website is a little misleading.

Have ordered it anyway.

RE: reflexology client

I received the information on the courses this morning. The cost of the 4 days is £195.00 which is quite expensive but when you add on the cost of 4 nights B & B at £27.00 plus 4 lunches at £8.00 and 4 dinners average £16.00 = £393.00.....bit pricey. Also when you send the deposit of £45.00 to Jan you have to send a cheque for all the accommodation and food costs too. A lot of money to lay out if for some reason you cannot make the course.

Depending on where you lived, of course, it may be possible to travel down early on the first morning and cut out one night's stay to make it a bit more economical.
