I must thank you those who gave me some valuable advice on my previous thread, the case study is going well and my confidence is on the up as a result.

I just wanted to ask about a different subject, I am treating another client who is training for the marathon and I my self am doing the half marathon in March, was just wondering is anyone had treated runners and what the effect the treatments had on them?, as I know some people get reflexology before the race and after as it can be beneficial to them. I will obviously do some of my own research but if anyone has any info would really appreciate it!
