Not sure if this is the right place to post this but for the last week or so I have been getting a strange sensation on top of my second and third toes on both feet.
They suddenly get really warm for a few seconds and then stop, this happens a couple of times a day. No pain, just warmth. I had a reflexology treatment this week and it wasn't painful at all, mentioned it to the therapist and she wasnt sure what it is.
Its a bit odd and I just wondered if anyone else has experienced it?

I've not experienced this before, but I have had lots of clients who have had burning sensations on extremities. This I believe is a form of neuropathy. Have you been wearing different shoes?
Are they getting warm, or could it be described as a burning sensation?

Its not a burning sensation, just warmth. I haven't been wearing different shoes. Its not uncomfortable, just a but strange!
