i am quite fascinated by reflexology in general and have had some amazing foot treatments however i'd really like to learn more about hand reflexology without the foot bit
does anyone know of any courses/books that only deal with hand reflexology
thanks

RE: Hand reflexology

Dear Soar

A lady called Kristine Walker is very prominent in the field of hand reflexology. She did a workshop for the Association of Reflexologists a couple of years ago and I believe she may advertise her courses in their magazine. I'm told she does courses in Brighton. I can't seem to find a website for her, but if you look at Tao of Books or Amazon you are sure to find Kristine's book and others. I know Mildred Carter and Barbara and Kevin Kunz have written on hand reflexology too, and I have a lovely little book by Michael and Louise Keet on the subject.

Hi Soar,

I don't know whereabouts you are, but I happened to pick up a leaflet abaout a certificate course in hand reflexology. It's in Colchester on 28 and 29 January 2006, cost £84, course tutor Jane Edwards. The course is run by Life Force, tel 01206 791661. I don't know if they still have any spaces but if you are still interested you could phone them to find out. N.B. I am not a part of this organization - just wanted to help.
