Just want to say I visited an osteopath yesterday - and got great relief from a sudden flare up of lower back problems. To anyone who is wondering if osteopathy can help I would say give it a try

You may also want to take a look at a therapy called Spinal Touch. It's a very gentle technique, and works to correct the alignment of the spine, and you'll certainly know it's done something after a treatement.

Of course, osteopathy is one of the best methods in order to relieve chronic pain through a non-invasive treatment.
