Hi there,
I am Ujjawal. For me naturopathy is a way of life. I firmly believe in 'Either naturopaths die young or they are young till they die.
One can take the first steps by joining a naturopathy center and following the guidelines suggested.

I am looking to do a course in Naturopathy in the UK. Can you pls let me know how Naturopathy can help in preventing/treating ailments.
Also if you are in the UK can u recommend any good course.
