Inversion Table Training?

Hi all,

One of my clients has a Inversion Table and has asked me if she can be treated using it. I know of them and what they are used for, but haven't really got a clue as to how to use one properly, so I have declined (but promised to research the possibility of learning how to use one)

So here I am!
Anyone know where I can learn how to use one of these things? Or are they just another fad? Very popular in the USA but all I can find in the UK are suppliers of the things (but you do get a free instruction book with every table.....)
