Hi,
I have just started having deep tissue massages but can only afford them every 2/3 weeks or so therefore I was wondering if anyone could recommend a massage machineI could use at home on myself. Primarily concentrating on my hamstrings, back and neck-there are plenty of these machines out there but I don't want to waste money finding out that some of them are just useless lumps of plastic.
Any help appreciated!!
