I just got my hypnotherapy certificate and would like to do some short courses or workshops to gain more experience.
Does anyone have any recommendation?

Your website says that you're a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. They regularly email details of CPD courses to their members. They range from one day to several days and specify whether GHR deem them to be "of further interest" or actual CPD.
I recently joined the National Council for Hypnotherapy and found they have an excellent range of CPD workshops on offer at very reasonable prices (I saw the General Hypnotherapy Register advertise same workshops for about 30-40% more).
Not sure where you are based but my favourite NLP training provider in the north is the Northern School of NLP www.nlpand.co.uk, in London PPD Learning or Beeleaf.
