I have had a sore back for years, and the other night could hardly walk. I had already taken my painkillers but they didnt work.
I love crystals and got a feeling (whatever you want to call it) to use a big naturally formed smoky quartz point I have. So I directed it at the source of pain (my lower spine) and started turning the point anti-clockwise and in my minds eye I saw lots of thick, black stuff a bit like tar coming out of my spine.
Now my question is this, any ideas as to what the substance could have been? The original injury was caused by a man kicking me.

Hi Rainbow, Sorry to hear about your back pain. I am not very well versed in the power of crystals, but I am sure they work and maybe drawing some kind of badness out may lessen the residual pain. Hope it improves.
On a personal note I had back pain once and could hardly stand. I went to a chiropractor and was amazed how I was treated and the very rapid results.
Really hope continued crystal healing works.:)
Wow thats great. The dark stuff would be lower energies being released from your back. Remember and visualise pure healing energies (white would be good) going into your back through the crystal, after the dark energy has come out, so that your energies are restored. If you take lower energies out, its good to put healing energy back in to balance things out and replace the energy that has been lost.
Another good crystal for sore backs is selenite, so if you have any, try that too and see how you feel. You could get a selenite massage wand and try massaging the parts of your back that are sore. Or just get any selenite stones and lay the out on your bed, then lie on them for an hour. Selenite is very angelic too.

Thanks very much for the advice, I thought it might have been somthing like that, but always nice to get others views. I put energy in with a clear quartz point and I have long wands of celenite so I might try lying on that this evening.

Hello. Sounds like you where doing your own little crystal healing with the twirling technique (don't know if you are trained or not).
Smokey quartz is great for getting rid of negative energy which will be the black tar stuff you saw coming off. Keep doing it until the black tar stuff has all gone. I agree with angelic light that it will be good to put something positivity back in. Selenite is great for strengthening/repairing the aura.
You could also try visualising with colour to help strengthen - pick a colour that you feel is strong and repairing and imagine that filling and surrounding the area.
