Crystals to help lose weight

I am overweight and have been since the birth of my first child in 1997, I have tried weight watchers, slimming world, Rosemary Connely and yes they were all great to start with and then I hit a plateau and loose no more weight, I wouldn't mind but I'm always active, I work 5 days a week, I walk the dog every day for an hour, I run around with my kids at the park, I even do wii fit and yet I'm still overweight, I have resigned myself to the fact that its in my genes and I'm just under tall lol

But I'm willing to give Kyanite a try
