What crystals are good for the effects of anxiety - in my case, knots in the stomach etc? Also, what would I do with the crystal?

Crystals for anxiety: Kunzite comes to mind along with Rutilated Quartz & possibly Moonstone.
How to use, wear it as a pendant or pop it into a pocket whilst out 'n' about, hold it or place it over the Solar Plexus or Base chakra depending on why you have the 'knots' in your stomach!
Or, any other cyrstal that 'calls' to you...if the energies feel right and you want to use it, then do so, as the crystal's energies are connecting to yours 🙂

Green aventurine is a lovely soothing stone for general anxiety.
Sodalite good for panic attacks.
