Use the one day course as a springboard to other training - more courses will give you confidence to treat and clients confidence that you are adequately trained.

I've been in the business for a while now, and have come across many people who have undertaken short courses in order to try establishing an independent therapist business. None did.

The people I network with have completed long courses and gone on to other therapies usually comprising many hundreds of classroom hours. The CPD (continuing professional development) courses I do each year are usually 2 or 3 days.

I can only encourage you to start this journey and build on it - no need to stop at IHM. 🙂
