It will I guess be much hotter than when you are usually there, though if the monsoon has started, that will kill the heat a bit. Mind you, by the sea, it's never such a great change of temperature as when you are inland.
I can just taste the fruit and smell the sea and the spices and am horribly envious and missing India!
