Today I am grateful for waking up pain free. I am also grateful for living in a wonderful Country, I know not all can say that.
Today I am grateful that I was able to connect to nature in a very special way on my mindfulness teacher training course.
Today I am grateful for my naturalistic gardens - mostly the back garden. I finally have the lawnmeadow how I want it. The pale blue flowers are nigella in the foreground (look a bit blanched); the darker blue ones are bugloss.
In my front garden, I had a garden escape called red valerian that cropped up....and now it looks like this!

What a gorgeous garden Amy! Thank you for sharing your photos - they've made my day. 🙂
Today I am grateful for the warming sun, the way it glitters through the leaves, dances on our pond and makes everyone feel brighter and happier.
Today I am grateful for those that support and understand me.
