Just a query, I am doing a therapy swap tomorrow and looking forward to it, it will be nice to meet another localish therapist. My query though should I take my client consultation form or for therapy swapsdoyou not fill one in (I feel that I should fill one in, but a friend who did a swap with her for something else non therapy related wasn't asked to complete a consultion form...any advice.thanks

I would personally do it AP. If for no other reason that it gets you into the habit of doing so. Also it would still be useful for you to know what issues may be about and help you focus whatever therapy you are giving.

Linda many thanks, will do. Looking forward to the therapy swap, as I am at the hospital in the afternoon for what no doubt will be a long apt!

I would still fill a consultation form in. You still need to know about contra-indications etc and it would be handy if you gave another treatment to the same person. Hope you enjoyed your treatment.
