10. How should you react to a client talking about abusive experiences, and what action could you take?
PLEASE HELP ME! 🙁
We can't do your homework for you, all this should have been covered in class, and should be in your textbooks, or get some advice from your tutor as to where to look.
Google VR74 etc 🙂
It annoys me when someone puts the answers up, we all had to learn for ourselves otherwise you won't learn. But here is a thread I have found

please read the stickies post.
I have included 2 points here, from the stickies
1)Please use: the search' facility or look at the 'stickies' ( posts with a blue drawing pin icon) both here in the <a class="go2wpf-bbcode" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="Student/Training">Student/Training or in the [url]Past Exam Papers[/url] forum first as these methods may reveal the information you are seeking
2)* Please include your own ideas/thoughts to questions etc you need help with, as others can then advise you whether you are right or wrong

I won't help here, but as an aside it seems that this part of VTCT's course is either badly taught or not taught at all. It was extremely badly taught on the course I took. The course is also badly written. At the time I took the course, I was actually teaching business admin on a foundation degree, and part of the VTCT's course regarding equal opportunities was completely out of date by about 10 years. I gave my course teacher chapter and verse, and she approached VTCT and got it changed - but it should never have happened. I did offer to write a proper course manual for them, but somehow they didn't take it up!
