Thanks new to this never thought of typing question! still got post pregnancy brain,the question is,All organisations need to include and not exclude clients discuss diversity under the following headings
Relevant legislation,
Industry codes of practice
policicies and procedures of your organinsation

And what ideas (or parts of ideas) have you come up with in answer to that yourself so far?

i was thinking on the lines of everyone is an individual and need to be treated asb such , legislation i was thinking sex discrimination,disability act,ageism,social class, i was thinking of therapist being empathetic and well informed usually clients will tell you if they have a special need or requirement, just hoping i am on the right track x:confused:
