Hi

I am currently studying Reflexology and would like to know exactly where the above points are.

I keep getting confused as to whether the Pineal is on the inside of the Upper Big Toe or on the outside, which should then clarify where the occipital and temporal points are ?

Hope you can help

RE: Reflexology - Pineal / Occipital / Temporal Points

Hi Kumari,

Visualise the area above the big toe joint with the foot and below the first joint as the neck, then if you go up the lateral side of the big toe on the plantar side the occiput, mastoid and temporal points can be found.

I am sure you are aware of the Pituitary Gland point in the big toe, above and to the side of this is the Pineal and Hypothalamus. I'm a bit rusty, but I think the Pineal is on the medial side.

Hope that helps, I'm confused with the Thyroid and Parathyroid so if anyone can help on that.................

Russell

Kumari

I have now deleted your post in the Reflexology Forum as hopefully you have found your information now. Under our guidelines, duplicate postings are not allowed on the boards.
