well I'm finding that i always repeting the same on the therapist observations and home care advises

What sort of things are you observing? Did the client have any obvious reaction when you worked a particular reflex point e.g. wincing when adrenals are worked?
Relate the homecare advice to the person and their lifestyle not just the treatment e.g. does the person lead a sedentary lifestyle? Perhaps suggest some simple exercises
Sometimes the information will be repetative, it's just the way things are.

Hi, I'm doing CIBTAC in ireland too and just handed up the case studies this week, they are very repetitive all the way. I really think you won't find much difference until you are actually out working on different feet 🙂
