Is it itchy? It could be Pomphylex, a form of eczema. I had a client with this on the planter of her feet and hands.

Could she be allergic to the powder or cream that you are using on her feet?

Hi Emmy

Are these spots raised? Or are they changes in pigmentation something similar to Vitiligo; and the pressure you are using makes them more prominent?

Is your client mature?

Do they disappear after the treatment?
