I am very keen to advance forward with my skills base and be able to move into the corporate sector. I would be VERY interested to hear anyone's advice on whether they trained with Touch Pro or the Academy of On Site Massage (the two organisations I would like to choose between).
Does anyone have experience of being offered leads after qualification? How frequently? If you are able to give me a quick run down of +'s and -'s of the course you attended I would be most greatful. £450 is alot of cash!

Anybody there?
Hiya
I am new and so I don't know how long it normally takes for someone to reply to something like this. Have I put it in the wrong section? Has anyone trained in on-site massage? If so where and would you receommend the course?
Thank you,
Louise
Hi ya Louise
This is the right forum, but if someone hasn't trained with the organisations you mentioned, they can't reply.
I did a on-site massage course in Thailand, mainly because it's was cheap and I could say "I can do on-site massage". I didn't learn very much as I already did on-site in the form of Indian Head Massage and Thai Yoga Massage. I personally think IHM with TYM is a highly effective system of on-site massage - more than a bang bang acupressure routine for corporate numpty's.
The thing about spending a sum of money like (as you mentioned) £450 is that it is an investment. How much profit would you get for that money in a high interest back account or stocks and shares? How many years of work could you potentially have by providing massage services? That's a pretty good investment.
The last big course I did was Indonesian Traditional Massage. It cost me £500. I got that back in a couple of months and will be using these techniques for years to come, not forgetting customer care.
I hope someone can answer your original question.
Best Wishes
