I feel you are wasting your time on this Forum. Like people have said before, if we can see evidence that you have tried to attempt the answers yourself, then maybe we can help you. You cannot expect to pass your course through other people's merits.
What will happen when you are out in the real world treating people and your treatment is not effective. You need to learn by researching on your own and trying! and by doing this everything will fall into place. A few of your questions are common sense andyou need to be thinking for yourself and prove to other people here on this Forum that you can do it.
I know this is harsh - please try.
