I'm trying to do my itec aromatherapy case studies at the moment but i'm finding it very difficult.. Would anybody have some samples that i could look at? I would greatly appreciate any help..

Have you considered looking at the example case studies on the ITEC website. I'm not sure if your subject is covered, but I know there are examples for most courses.

Off the top of my head we had to include a medical history, a bit about their personal history, married, job, children, hobbies, lifestyle was really important too. Diet tea coffe etc drunk, excerize taken, reason for treatment . What brought them to you, enclose a full consultation form and consent is a must. Add any paperwork you gave them explaining what aromatherapy was before you met and any after care advice given, enclose a copy.
They want to know what you treated, if they had lots of complaints why didi you concentrate on one area and not all of them, no wrong answers you just need to explain what a you did and why.
They want to know what blend you used and why taking into consideration the notes, top, middle, bottom , the reasoning behind it and any allergies the client may have. How the treatment went, what went well, what went badly, how you will change your practice, you are not supposed to be perfect, that is why you are doing case studies. how the blend went , how they felt after, did you change the blend the following week and why, if not why not, any side effects felt by the client, how you felt it went and a review from the client too.
Your teacher should be able to give you examples of how to set it all out.
Just explain your reasoning behinhind the oils and base oils you used and you should be fine.
