Hoping somone can help me out.
I have to examine the history and origins of comp therapy and how it came to be used in the uk today. I can find plenty of stuff on the history but not about how it ended up in the UK, can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find this info please.
Have you chosen one particular comp therapy to write about? If so, which one? The subject matter could be mind-boggling!!

Well, apart from the grammar (...therapies and how it came to be used.......!!) I'm not really sure what the questioner really expects of you - (and it's complementary therapies).
I would investigate two or possibly three different modalities. How about Reiki? Massage? Bowen? Two are ancient, one is relatively modern!
It may be worth going back to the course tutor and asking if they are looking for a certain number of therapies, and what word count they require - you could end up writing pages and pages for a question which only gives a small award.
