RE: Quantum Physics books

Hello there,
The The "Lila Squad" was a term used by Robert Pirsig (who wrote the book of the same name) to describe those who may find the ideas contained in it to be of some importance. That's all.

Pisig himself thought that, ultimately, Lila would be the more important book in the long term. I think that he was right. It is also more accessible.

Hi,
In my own opion, Pirsigs two books (Zen and the Art of Motrorcycle Maintainance, and Lila) are possibly two of the most important works of literatureever. The first rips away everything you ever thought of as concrete and real, the second is the one that re-builds and helps you to understand. Not everyone will agree but, as one reviewer said,"Itis well worth the journey."

I can recommend "QED" by Richard Feynman. It's written pretty much for the layperson, and amazingly, explains quantum mechanics with no math, and no confusing stuff like "wave-particle duality".
Oh, and the author won the Nobel prize for his own work in quantum mechanics.
