😮 Hi Folks, I wonder if I could please seek your expert opinions!! I was contacted by a geopathic stress consultant, who has offered his services to 'reverse' the symptoms of Guillian Barre Syndrome in my dad. Could anyone advise me what this process/ healing involves? and what potentially the downsides could be?? Also, what this geopathic stress explain severe headaches/weakness/lethargy that I'm experiencing daily?
I really would appreciate any advice??
Thank you:D
RE: Geopathic stress
Helloand welcome to HP 🙂
I confess I had not heard of Guillain-Barre syndrome, though I do have some experience of geopathic stress ... an interesting subject.
Perhaps if you have already been approached by a geopathic stress consultant, he or she might be the very best person to answer your questions as to the process and any possible downsides. Why not ask?
May I assume you are in the UK? If not, the Google results for the USA may be different, but I found this link to nhs direct:

Is this the same as the CIPD about which you have already posted?

Also I think maybe we might need to be clear on which are the symptoms experienced by your dad, and which are your own.

RE: Geopathic stress
Hi Holistic,
We live in the UK - Northern Ireland. Regarding GBS, it is actually an umbrella term for a group of related disorders, although most people use the term GBS for AIDP--the acute form (acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy). The disorders are related in that they're thought to be caused by the immune system attacking and damaging the peripheral nerves--usually by demyelinating the nerves, but also sometimes by damaging the axons themselves.
Generally speaking, in the acute form (AIDP or GBS), attacks last no longer than four to eight weeks and stop on their own even untreated, whereas chronic (CIDP) attacks last longer (progressive) or are recurring (relapsing). However, there is a recurrent form of AIDP as well; there have been several people recently on the forum who have had more than one attack. These people aren't diagnosed as having CIDP because even untreated the attacks stop on their own, although they may leave the patient with disabling residuals. With CIDP the attacks often continue if untreated, or recur fairly frequently. It affects the motor and sensory nerves in the whole body. Dad was in ICU, as he could not breath on his own, although thankfully the tube came out and he could breath on his own after 5 days. I believe reiki (which my sister practices) accelerated his recovery. Dad was diagnosed with CIDP, due to the slow progress and continuation of symptoms.
My dad's symptoms are still present, namely pins/needles and 'electric shock' pain in his arms and legs. He also gets fatigued very easily. He can take a few steps with the aid of a rolater after intensive physiotherapy, but he still has a long way to go. His name is Liam kelly-- any distant healing would be appreciated. Could you recommend any other forms of healing/alternative therapy that may help him??
My symptoms - I'm fatigued constantly, I have a constant headache and feel a sense of impending doom all the time. I also have continuous neck and back pain. I contribute this to stress and do find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning, as this is when my symptoms appear to be at there worst. I also cannot relax and always feel as if something terrible is going to happen. I would appreciate any help/advice and healing!
This is the info I was given on geopathic stress by the geopathic stress consultant via email, , but to be honest, I don't really understand it:-
"In my considered opinion this will be another case where subtle energies emanate up through the ground where your father sleeps, interfering with his own bioelectric system on the top of his head.
This I believe is caused by underground rivers/streams passing over various strata at great pressure thereby causing friction resulting inenergy being developed which finds its least line of resistanceby travelling to the earth surface.
The vibrationary rates of this energy varies according to what is down below, butwith the GBS conditionwill be vibrating atapprox 155,000 cycles per second to affect the pathway of the physical energy field running from the crown of the head down the back of the neck and downthe spine.
I find that this pathway in all of usemits this same vibration. This being so the mind will be unable to differentiate between the two signals and is therefore unable to cooperate with the needs of that pathway hence the GBS condition.
We do not have in existence man made equipment to register these very finesubtle energies. So far as I am able to ascertain theywill only be registered with that mechanism which is equally fine - namely spirit intelligence.
I work with a spirit guide able to move my hands and arms, who willshow me finer details in the automatic drawings that tell me what is go
RE: Geopathic stress
I would take a look at ley lines as well as investigating geopathic stress. They too can produce the symptoms that you speak about and there are many remedies that can help change the energy and patterns of stress.
Good Luck xxx
RE: Geopathic stress
If this person feels he/she works with "a spirit guide" then there's no way to substantiate for sure the consultant's accuracy and it may not be geopathic stress. I don't know much about geopathic stress, but it's the first such consultant I've heard of. Some I know actually have scientific instruments, which certainly work better in convincing me.
