therapy rooms but something odd !!

now this is strange...we've advertised a beautiful new building that's got therapy rooms and a studio for hire and people keep telling us there's loads of people that required such a place but where are they?? where is everyone?? why are we being told people are screaming out for such a place at cheap rates but there's noone here?? did we miss something? very odd...can someone help up with an answer? thanx
