now this is strange...we've advertised a beautiful new building that's got therapy rooms and a studio for hire and people keep telling us there's loads of people that required such a place but where are they??

I was told the same before we opened, "don't worry about letting the rooms, once you're open people will be knocking on your door desperate for a good room at a good price".
We've advertised, people come and love the rooms, comment on the lovely energy and how affordable they are, but still nowhere near full occupancy. However, I do know that the therapists locally are finding it difficult to drum up new business right now, so maybe that's it....

My experience in this matter is, it's always the contracts and secure monthly payments needed in advance of clients always gets in the way.
In an ideal world, we all would like Ad Hoc rooms and develop the business from there, maybe, be different offer this and let the business grow from there.
