my cats for a treat love tinned tuna but other wise they eat asda own dreid and tinned food. in my house they have to get their food down quick otherwise the old dog who is 16 will come and eat it for them he loves cat food[:'(]

my dogs love tinned tuna and sardines, and pilchards, they get them rarely as too much protein is NOT good for dogs.

I have 3 cats, one will eat anything that is put in front of them, the other 2 love biscuits. I buy them Go Cat Indoor Cat food, tinned tuna, I find that is good, less waste than with tinned meat.
I dont buy IAMs for ethical reasons, you can also get food from the vets that stops furballs, my big cat loves that. It is a case of trial and error especially when you have more than one cat.

I've been in that position (as the owner, not the cat!) and I'm sure the answer is that cats are not loyal to homes. Mine got fatter and fatter. I had to go away for a month on tour, passed 'him' on to friends to keep, and they called me to tell me 'he' was a girl and pregnant. [&o]
Wrong! When I returnedI found out he had 2 other homes who considered him 'theirs'. I'm sure that's what's happening. Your cat is eating elsewhere, so you really don't need to bother. Give it ordinary cat food and if it won't eat it, shucks. :DYour cat IMHO is not fussy but already full.
