Magpies!

We have a huge tree at the back of our garden (well it is in the neighbours) this tree attracts dozens of noisy Magpies (we love the sound of birds generally) but these so and sos make a heck of a racket  and certainly not pleasant on the ear. We are not getting any other birds at all, regardless of putting feed out etc., what can we do? is there in fact anything that can be done? Or are these Magpies set to rule the roost forever? Any advice please...
