RE: know more site
This seems to be a branch of Wikipedia, with a very similar format in respect of giving the history etc of companies.
As such, the content will be subject to editing, updating and possibly disagreements among the contributors. Still useful though.
I had a quick look here:
[link= http://www.knowmore.org/index.php/Popular_Pages ] http://www.knowmore.org/index.php/Popular_Pages [/link]
and clicking on the name of the company takes you to a page with further information and a'see at a glance' coloured graphic indicating the degree to which the company is ethical in its practices.The Home page is also worth visiting. Bookmarked.

RE: know more site
Holistic's right - it's powered by a "Wiki" engine in the same way as
Wikipedia is so anyone can add and contribute to it. As such, double
check the information is accurate (more than usual for an internet
site!) before using it as evidence (for example, in any student essay
or assignment)
Still useful for general browing or info for yourself though!!
