Please, I need some prayers to keep my cool this day, since setting up in my new premises I have only had 2 customers and the landlord came in this morning shouting at me ,looking for a reason why Im not doing better,I was totally blown away, the room was idle anyway and I am doing my best to get customers. He has ordered me to remove my stuff today,I have spent the last hour crying and my husband shouting at me to go out and get a job,:(:(:(:(
Oh my goodness you poor thing. What a bad experience.
Do you have some supportive people who believe in you that you can go to today? (i.e. not your husband or landlord). If you can, rope them in for a nice long lunch or a morale boosting chat. You need positive thoughts - not a bad trip. Getting a business going is hard enough.
If you can't find anyone in person I am sure that plenty of HPers will be sending you positive vibes and loving thoughts to lift your spirits.
Hope it's getting better already.
Aaagh Star, how very disappointing for you! You cannot drag people in off the street for treatments, and the landlord should realise this. Have you offered him a treatment? Maybe he is having a bad day anyway, but it's unfair to take it out on you!
Sending you Love, Light and Healing. How about tapping on your upset over the situation? You could also tap on abundance - see Carol Look and Rebecca Marina who have information about this. Also [DLMURL="http://www.emofree.com/searchresult.htm?cx=018421620257423462741%3Anj2wowtiiqw&cof=FORID%3A11&ie=UTF-8&q=attracting+abundance&siteurl=www.emofree.com%2F&submitbtn.x=18&submitbtn.y=9#1498"]Gary Craig's website[/DLMURL] is a mine of info.
Sending you big hugs too  :1kis: and hope the situation resolves itself, which it should do with tapping! You could even tap on the landlord's reaction and unreasonableness!!!
Hi Star,
I read your previous post about your new room and how excited you were at that time. What a shame that others can affect your confidence. I think you are incredibly brave to set up your own business and you clearly have a passion about your job.
Don't give up!!! I'm sure your husband is reacting to your tears and perhaps being protective.
It's very difficult to get clients and it is still very early days for your fledgling business and your landlord should understand this!!!
Keep your chin up!
Kind regards
Tracey:hug:
This seems very unfair, star. After all you've only just started. What kind of set up is it? I'd got the idea that you were renting a room in a salon of some kind. Is it that the deal you have with the landlord means that he won't get paid if you don't have clients? If not, what's it to him? Doesn't he understand that it takes a while to get this kind of business up and running? How can he just order you to clear your stuff out? This all sounds completely out of order.
And then your husband shouts at you? Great support from him.
But the advice above is spot on.....just send out good vibes, ask for help, tap on it all and watch it all turn around. Because I feel it will. Chin up!
