Hi & thanks for all the healing vibes, I haven't been able to get online to read them (I've been without broadband again:() but I'm sure they're helping:). The bug is still hanging on in there although easing off I think, I feel fine for a minuet but as soon as I do something like go out to the shops it seems to get a grip again & I go all shivery & achey, it's probably not a help that I also seem to of lost my appitite (sp) too so I think I'll try & get down to the health food shop & get something to give me a boost

LOL - I felt like a new avatar but made the mistake of not saving the old one so I'm stuck with this one now and can't go back even if I want to! There's a message there somewhere!:D
Glad you're feeling a bit better, Amy. It's two and a half weeks now since I started to feel unwell and I'm almost through it, I hope, except for an intermittent dry cough which is worse at night. I too lost my appetite - I can only hope I've lost some weight too! But it is important to eat, even if only small portions. Treat yourself to some Innocent smoothies - you probably don't have the energy to make your own. Pamper yourself. And don't forget to drink lots of water.
