Thank you for taking the time to write, I have been assured by my 'crew' that what I'm feeling is normal and will soon go away, it's because I've only just given in when it comes to the issue of my working with them, it was round about Jan/Feb before that I was scared stiff of my gifts but got bored and fed up with the feelings of fear and I've not looked back it's been wonderful but they have assured me it's an adjustment in energies and everyone feels it initially and I have to say they are right because I can see it becoming noticeably less and less every day.
