Hi again everyone,
Just a quick update, things are so much better!
The pain has more or less subsided and I am now getting a full night sleep (especially good with my new mattress!), and my wonderful clients have been really patient and are now rebooking with me.
I am taking things slowly but just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been helping, you are all absolute stars 🙂

Glad to hear you're doing better!
Homeopathy works very well with sciatica, it might be worth consulting a homeopath should you have any further problems.
